Stronger Together: Wagner Objekteinrichtungen x wissner-bosserhoff
3. 7. 2026
We are pleased to announce another important step in the continued development of our Group: Wagner Objekteinrichtungen and wissner-bosserhoff have decided to combine their strengths in a long-term strategic partnership. wissner-bosserhoff is underlining this commitment through an equity participation in the Kamen-based company.
Our market is dynamic. Living concepts are evolving, as are the requirements of institutional care. To continue supporting our customers in the best possible way and to sustainably strengthen our market position, both companies have deliberately chosen this shared path from a mutual position of strength.
From planning and project management to interior design, Wagner Objekteinrichtungen provides complete room solutions from a single source. Whether designing nursing homes, residential care facilities, private hospital wards, outpatient care facilities or medical practices, this partnership ensures that the LINET Group and its products are involved from the very beginning of the planning process. At present, Wagner primarily operates in Germany. Following the integration phase, the offering is planned to be made available to our other European sales channels as well. If you require short-term support or have any questions about the portfolio of Wagner Objekteinrichtungen, Dr. Hendrik Schöneborn and Ludger Severin will be happy to assist you. Please feel free to contact them.
With this partnership, we are pursuing the joint objective of further developing Wagner and the broader solution offering of the LINET Group. At the same time, we are creating the basis to offer our customers solutions in response to increasing market-driven cost pressure, open up new fields of growth, and meaningfully combine our respective capabilities. In doing so, we are securing our long-term competitiveness and laying the foundation for further growth.

For wissner-bosserhoff, the partnership represents a further sharpening of our strategic focus. Our core competencies remain unchanged: clinical excellence, the optimization of care processes, the reduction of fall and pressure injury risks, and the digital transformation of care and wellness. Wagner complements this portfolio with its many years of experience in interior design and holistic project management for care facilities, hospitals and ambulatory care settings. Together, we are expanding our offering where our capabilities ideally complement each other, creating additional value for our customers. This is how we consistently deliver on the mission of the LINET Group: Innovating Care. Improving Life.
For our customers and business partners, the contacts at Wagner remain unchanged. Holger Wagner and Björn Mechtold will continue to lead the company operationally and jointly manage the day-to-day business. On the wissner-bosserhoff side, Ludger Severin and Dr. Hendrik Schöneborn will support the integration process, the strategic development of the partnership and the realization of new market potential.
We would already like to thank all employees who are actively supporting the alignment of business processes and shaping the collaboration with openness, pragmatism and team spirit.
We warmly welcome all colleagues of Wagner Objekteinrichtungen to the LINET Group and look forward to our shared future.
