Wissner GmbH is founded in Germany.

1962

First hospital beds are developed and produced in cooperation with physicians.

1985

Wissner GmbH relocates to its current location in Wickede, Germany.

1990

L I N E T spol. s.r.o. is founded by Zbyněk Frolík in the Czech Republic.

1992

Wissner acquires Bosserhoff and merges the companies to form wissner-bosserhoff GmbH.

Late 90ₛ

wissner-bosserhoff expands into Eastern Europe through a partnership with L I N E T spol. s.r.o.

L I N E T spol. s.r.o. evolves from a small local company into an international healthcare provider.

2010

L I N E T spol. s.r.o. expands into the United States.

2011

L I N E T spol. s.r.o. and wissner-bosserhoff merge under LINET Group SE, headquartered in the Netherlands.

A partnership is established with Swiss startup Vibwife.
