The agreement was formalised in the presence of Unified Procurement Authority Chairman Hesham Stait alongside Czech Ambassador to Egypt Ivan Jukl. The partnership will be equally owned, with each company holding a 50% stake.
The venture is expected to supply both the local market and export markets across Africa and the wider region. It is in line with Egypt’s wider strategy to expand local manufacturing of healthcare equipment and reinforce its domestic industrial capacity.
For LINET, the project represents an important step closer to customers in the region, strengthening its presence in Africa and supporting healthcare providers through improved flexibility and responsiveness.
